Sophia & Philip have decided to organize their destination wedding in Italy in Polignano, in Puglia.
Polignano is one of the most characteristic villages in Italy, the historic center, in fact, stands on a rocky spur overlooking the Adriatic Sea. To the architectural beauties are added the natural ones. Among these, without a doubt, the Lama Monachile Beach is the most beautiful example; an inlet surrounded by rocks to frame a small beach below. It represents the tourist symbol of the entire village.
A crystalline sea and the rock embroidered with impressive cavities, carved by the sea, are the hallmarks of Polignano a Mare, known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic", hometown of the singer Domenico Modugno, who became famous with his "Nel blu dipinto di blu"
The Wedding Venue chosen by Sophia & Philip is Masseria le Torri, an 18th century masseria located between Polignano and Conversano, already a location for many other Destination Weddings in Puglia.
The companions of this wonderful adventure were Danilo and Sharon, talented Serbian photographers and Alessandra Linoci, Apulian wedding planner.
Sophia's getting ready took place in one of the fabulous rooms of the farm, Barbara and Alessandro took care of her look, to say the least perfect.
The ceremony, with their vows was very intimate, accompanied by the smiles and applause of all the guests.
Following the dinner and the party gave life to the perfect destination wedding.
It was an honor for me to have been their wedding videographer in Italy, and to have had the opportunity to tell it with my own eyes.
